Roasted Cauliflower + Asparagus

Ingredients:
½ head cauliflower
½ lb asparagus
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all roasted vegetable ingredients together except Parmesan cheese in large bowl, and spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Stir/turn over vegetables and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
