Ingredients:
Ground turkey (2 lbs)
Brown rice (2 cups)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ medium yellow onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons ginger paste
1 head broccoli
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Directions:
Add rice and 4 cups water to pot, cover and simmer until fully cooked.
In skillet over high eat, add sesame oil and saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Stir in ground turkey and cook until broken into small pieces and mostly cooked.
Stir in chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. Add broccoli, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; continue cooking until broccoli is slightly tender.
Evenly distribute rice, meat, and broccoli into 8-10 tupperware. Keep refrigerated and reheat in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.
