Ingredients:
4-6 oz spaghetti noodles
½ lb ground turkey
¼ onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
14 oz diced tomatoes
2 oz tomato paste
½ cup water + 1 bouillon cube
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons basil
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon butter
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute onion for a few minutes. Add garlic and saute for an additional minute. Toss in turkey and cook until browned. Drain grease.
Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring until well combined. Pour in bouillon water.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
While sauce is simmering, bring slightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and begin cooking as directed. Drain noodles.
Serve sauce over cooked noodles and enjoy!
