Buffalo Turkey Wraps

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 lbs ground turkey

  • ½ yellow onion, chopped

  • ¾ cup Frank’s hot sauce

  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

  • 3 large carrots, chopped

  • Ranch

  • Tortillas (8-10)

  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. In large pot or skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onion and saute for 5 minutes. Add turkey and use spoon to break up meat. Cook until browned.

  2. Once turkey is cooked, drain as much excess liquid as possible, then add hot sauce; stirring until meat is completely coated. Evenly distribute to containers.

  3. When turkey is done, chop vegetables and evenly distribute to plastic bags or other container. Do the same with shredded cheese and desired amount of ranch.

  4. Don’t forget your tortillas when you go to work! Reheat meat for 1-1.5 minutes, then heat tortillas for 10-20 seconds. Top tortilla with vegetables, cheese, and ranch. Roll and enjoy!
