Ingredients:
½ lb ground turkey
4 oz extra-wide egg noodles
½ can cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ cup sour cream
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add noodles. Boil for 6-8 minutes. Once fully cooked, drain well and set aside for later.
In separate large skillet over medium heat, saute the turkey until well cooked and broken into small crumbles. Drain excess water. Add cream of mushroom and garlic powder. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every so often.
Remove from heat and combine meat mixture with egg noodles. Add sour cream, stirring until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
