Ingredients:
½ tablespoon olive oil
¼ onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ lb italian sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
½ teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ cup cooked rice (optional)
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery; sauteing for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute for an additional minute.
Move vegetables to outsides of the pan and add sausage. Continue sauteing sausage until almost completely cooked, then mix with vegetables.
Stir in hoisin and ginger, mixing ingredients until turkey is completely coated. Stir in soy sauce and continue cooking until turkey is done.
Serve with optional rice and enjoy!
