This whole blog thing is something that people close to me check in on every once in a while. They’ll ask things like, How’s it going? or What are you guys eating this week? And this particular week, my boyfriends dad asked me the latter, so I started rattling off all the meals I had planned for the week. Half way through he says, Hmmmm, sounds like all of my favorites! So here we are, a week of Jeff approved meals. I hope you enjoy them too!

  • Ground turkey (2 lbs)

  • Sliced turkey (½ lb)

  • Provolone cheese (2 slices)

  • Shredded Mexican cheese

  • Butter

  • Cabbage mix (1 bag)

  • Yellow onion (2)

  • Garlic (minced or fresh)

  • Tortillas

  • Rye bread

  • Spaghetti noodles

  • Black beans (2 cans)

  • Tomato paste (7 oz)

  • Diced tomatoes (14 oz)

  • Enchilada sauce (12 oz)

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Olive oil

  • Thousand island dressing

  • Bouillon cubes

  • Ginger paste

  • Oregano (dried)

  • Basil (dried)

  • Thyme (dried)

  • Cilantro (dried)

  • Cumin

  • Salt

  • Pepper
