Ingredients:
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ lb sirloin steak, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
⅓ tablespoon parsley
Directions:
Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue flipping cubes until cooked to desired doneness.
Add butter, garlic, and parsley, and cook for an additional minute so meat is covered in sauce. Serve with Mashed Red Potatoes, enjoy!
