Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey
4 oz pepperoni, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices provolone cheese
Directions:
In small bowl, mix together pepperoni, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Once ingredients are well combined, add ground turkey and mix until everything is evenly distributed throughout. Divide evenly into 8 burgers (about 4.5 oz each).
In a large skillet (or grill, if it’s not freezing temps outside) over medium-high heat, cook burgers until there is not pink left in the center, flipping at least once. Top with a slice of provolone cheese and let melt over the top.
Evenly distribute burgers and these Italian roasted veggies into tupperware, and keep in refrigerator until ready to reheat. Cut slices into burger and reheat in microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. Enjoy!
